Loved the cleanliness, staff, and delicious breakfast.
Would have liked to request a cot for extra sleeping space for my kids. No cots were available.
The location was excellent, the staff were very nice and pleasant.
More pillows, as we had the king bed and sofa sleeper and had to request extra pillows.
They let us check in early to accommodate an early arrival. The hotel was close to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. Great breakfast in the morning with a nice variety. Pool and spa were a hit with everyone.
Good breakfast and great pool for my kiddo.
How little the pool towels are
First time staying here but liked the large and clean room. Hotel looked in nice order and breakfast was OK.
I was cold in bed, even when trying to increase the temperature in the room. There was no duvet on the bed - only summer sheets. This was early December.
It's the 4th/5th time of staying here, it's a comfortable hotel, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I prefer this hotel over any other in the area after visiting over the last 16yrs.
When we arrived it was snowing, not too hard but snowing persistently and obviously, people were walking it into the foyer and the floor inside was absolutely treacherous to the point I almost went flying as I walked in with a case and my wife nearly suffered the same fate but managed to stay on here feet. I'd have thought that the amount of times those conditions happen, the staff would know exactly what to do and make it safer.
Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.
I didn't care for the seemingly lack of concern of the person behind the desk when my wife fell and hurt herself in the lobby. This person just asked if my wife wanted some ice and immediately made her sign a blank accident report form. She didn't even get a chance to read what the form said. We were just too concerned if she would even be able to walk as she twisted her left knee when she tripped on a rise in the floor by the floor mat between the lobby doors. My guess is that form was a waiver form relieving the hotel of any responsibility. I'll never know.
Plentiful parking - welcoming lobby, pleasant staff and the room was beautiful. Large comfortable, clean, well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast consisted of make your own waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt in a large pleasant room with plenty of tables and seating Due to time limitations I was unable to try the pool or fitness center but it looked very nice (if a little small) Staff was pleasant, polite and cheerful
Good staff and enviroment
The hot breakfast and coffee always available downstairs. The decor was very nice and the staff extremely helpful.
We were in the handicapped room because of availability and because of wheelchair access the countertop was pretty small also needed towel hooks next to shower. The in room coffee pot did not work but coffee always available downstairs it wasn't a big deal. Would stay here again.
The Stay was very enjoyable. We stayed in one of the suites. We have young children who also enjoyed the stay. The Hotel is surrounded by a lot of places to eat ,Shop ect..... We will be back in September 2014, ( Dropping our Children off at Their College) So We will Definetly Staying Here!
The Pool is So Small.
Clean & comfortable unless you sleep on the sleeper sofa.
No savings if your an AARP member or AAA. So no Senior rate to help with this visit with my grandchildren.
Good location for us. Well maintained. Clean & neat Breakfast was quite good. The lady that maintains the breakfast buffet is a hard worker! I have to say the "pie" place across the street was really good.
